Phase III: Residential Housing in Non-Historical, 1970s Addition

  • Establish 60 Residential 1-, 2 and 3-BR Condo Units (addition measures approximately 64,000 square feet, two floors with an elevator)

  • Create a welcoming, private entrance and lobby for residents
